The invitation is a promise.
Throughout the exhibition, Khaled Sabsabi will select audience members to become custodians of an artwork. Each will be entrusted with a small boxed artwork to care for, live with, and form a relationship with over eight years. At the end of this period, the artworks will be returned and reunited, joining 400 others that have travelled across the world with their custodians, in a culminating exhibition in Sydney.
